Multi-Tenant Value-Add Strategy
Alidade Capital targets risk-adjusted returns by seeking to acquire high quality, well-located commercial real estate assets with existing cash flow and by adding value. Alidade Capital focuses on repositioning and creating value in assets that provide direct exposure to innovation companies as tenants, primarily in select secondary cities in the United States. The innovation companies operate within sectors identified by Alidade Capital believed to be positioned for above-GDP growth that also drive the local target market economies. These industries typically utilize R&D Flex and Shallow Bay, Flex and Advanced Manufacturing Industrial asset types.

Alidade Capital repositions acquired assets with the goal of unlocking new value and increasing cash flow. Alidade Capital’s experience in market repositioning has historically allowed it to improve and lease its properties to create cash flow and generate appreciation.
